- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
Combine Mixtures:
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Gently stir with a spatula or whisk until just combined. It’s okay if there are a few lumps; overmixing can lead to dense pancakes.
Cook the Pancakes:
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
- For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes), then carefully flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
