- Add 200 g of bucatini or spaghetti to the boiling water. Cook the pasta for 2 minutes less than the package instructions indicate. This ensures it remains al dente and will finish cooking in the sauce.
Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
Melt the Butter:
- While the pasta cooks, place 25 g of butter in a medium frying pan over low heat. Allow it to melt gently without browning.
Toast the Pepper:

- Scatter 50 g of finely grated pecorino or Parmesan cheese evenly over the pasta without stirring. Allow it to melt for 30 seconds.
