Step 1: Take a pan and add sugar to it. Heat the pan over medium heat, allowing the sugar to melt and caramelize until it turns a rich golden brown. Be sure to stir occasionally to avoid burning. Once caramelized, add butter and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously until the mixture becomes smooth and glossy.
Step 2: Slowly pour in the milk while stirring constantly to prevent any lumps from forming. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the caramel sauce is thickened slightly. Transfer the caramel mixture into a bowl and set it aside to cool completely.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, add the whipping cream and beat it with a hand mixer or stand mixer until medium stiff peaks form. This means the cream should hold its shape but still have a soft texture. Once the cream is ready, add the cooled caramelized sugar to the whipped cream and beat for an additional 3-4 minutes until fully combined and the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Step 4: Take a serving dish and place a layer of biscuits at the bottom. Spread a generous layer of the caramel cream mixture over the biscuits. Sprinkle a layer of caramelized sugar on top, then add another layer of biscuits. Repeat the process if needed to create multiple layers.
Step 5: Use a toothpick to create a decorative design on the top layer of the dessert, adding a touch of elegance. For the finishing touch, sprinkle some crushed biscuit powder over the top to enhance the flavor and appearance.
Step 6: Serve chilled and enjoy the rich, creamy layers of caramel and biscuit!
