🍝 Classic Spaghetti and Juicy Meatballs – Step-by-Step

Step 1: Make the Chicken Meatballs

    • In a large bowl, add:
      🐔 500g minced chicken
      🧄 1 tbsp chopped garlic
      🧅 2 tbsp chopped onion
      🧂 1 tsp salt
      1 tsp black pepper
      🌶️ 1 tsp chili powder
      🥚 1 egg
      🍞 3 tbsp breadcrumbs

    • Mix everything really well with your hands or a spoon.

    • Shape into small meatballs. Set them aside.

    Step 2: Make the Sauce

    • In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil.

    • Add 1 chopped small onion and 1 tbsp garlic.

    • Cook for 4–5 minutes on medium-low heat until soft.

    • Add to the pan:
      🍅 1 cup tomato paste
      🧂 1 tsp salt
      1 tsp pepper
      🌶️ 1 tsp chili powder
      🌿 ½ tsp oregano

    • Stir well and cook for 1–2 minutes.

    • Then pour in:
      🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
      🥄 1 tbsp soy sauce

    • Mix again and let it cook for 5–7 minutes on low heat.

    Step 3: Fry the Meatballs

    • In another pan, add enough oil to fry.

    • Cook the meatballs on medium-low heat until they are golden brown and fully cooked inside.

    • This should take about 6–8 minutes, turning them gently as they cook.

    Step 4: Combine Everything

    • Add the cooked meatballs into the tomato sauce.

    • Mix gently so they’re covered with the sauce.

    • Then, add your boiled spaghetti (1 full packet, cooked earlier).

    • Toss everything together until it’s all nicely mixed.

    Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!

    • Serve hot on a plate or in a bowl.

    • Add grated cheese or fresh herbs if you like.

    • Enjoy your tasty homemade Spaghetti & Chicken Meatballs!
