    Step 1: Prepare the Chicken and Vegetables

    • Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
    • Slice the onion into thin rings or strips.
    • Slice the capsicum (bell pepper) into thin strips as well.

    Step 2: Make the Taco Seasoning

    • In a small bowl, combine the following spices:
      • ½ tsp salt
      • ½ tsp red chili powder
      • ½ tsp paprika
      • ½ tsp garlic powder
      • ½ tsp onion powder
      • ½ tsp black pepper powder
      • ½ tsp dried oregano
      • ½ tsp cumin seeds
    • Mix well to create the taco seasoning.

    Step 3: Marinate the Chicken

    • Place the chicken strips in a bowl.
    • Add the prepared taco seasoning and 1 tbsp cooking oil to the chicken.
    • Mix well to coat the chicken evenly with the seasoning. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
