    • 175g self-raising flour
    • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

    In a separate bowl, beat together the following wet ingredients:

    • 2 eggs
    • 150ml sunflower oil (or another flavorless oil)
