    1. Cook the Noodles and Vegetables:

      • In a pot of boiling water, cook the medium egg noodles, broccoli florets, and baby corn for 3-4 minutes until tender.
      • Drain the noodles and vegetables and set them aside.
    2. Sauté the Red Pepper:

      • In a large frying pan or wok, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat.
      • Add the sliced red bell pepper and sauté for 3 minutes until it starts to soften.
    3. Combine Ingredients:

      • Add the drained noodles, cooked vegetables, and 300g of prawns to the pan. Toss everything together to combine.
    4. Add Sauces and Heat Through:

      • Pour in 3 tbsp of tomato ketchup and 2 tbsp of oyster sauce. Stir well and heat everything through for 2-3 minutes until it's piping hot.

    Tip:

    If you have any leftover roast chicken, shred it and add it along with the prawns for extra flavor!
